HEATING INSTALLATIONS

Highly skilled and experienced, our heating installation team can fit innovative and accurate heating systems into your factory, plant or commercial property, including floor standing, roof mounted and suspended heating units.
Over the years we have built up strong relationships with suppliers and well known manufacturers and can install energy saving systems that heat the people and the floors in the room, rather than just the air.
VENTILATION & AIR-CONDITIONING
With extensive experience gained across retail, industrial and commercial markets, we can supply and fix or design and build schemes from small individual systems to complete leisure centre fit outs. These systems include simple supply and extraction to central heat recovery and complex industrial process system.
Air Conditioning – We are experienced installers of refrigerated heating/cooling type air-conditioning. Our qualified staff are always ready to help with your supply and installation requirements. We offer the best design solution to suit your needs and budget, whether it be fully ducted or wall mounted splits, we have a solution for you.
HOT & COLD WATER INSTALLATIONS
Our fully qualified engineers are competent in the application and use of a wide range of appliances and controls used for hot and cold water installations. We can provide advice on all types of hot water plant equipment and there integration into your existing system or provision of new system in your building
GAS/OIL INSTALLATIONS
We offer all types of boiler installations using both Gas and Oil fuel sources. These systems can be from small individual boilers through to large multi boiler multi fuel commercial installations. We install Ideal, Potterton, Grant, Buderus for gas and oil systems. We offer new installations along with service contracts and repairs. We also provide water treatment service using Sentinel and Fernox ranges and install water filters and softeners, scale inhibitors along with the Magnaclean treatment system. Repairs and new installations of heating systems, space heating and servicing. Washroom facilities are also provided, along with annual servicing and certificates.
REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Rapid repair of mechanical, heating, piping and processing equipment that has broken down is essential to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production. We provide you with the assurance that a site support engineer will be available when needed with the backing of our extensive engineering knowledge and local support network. Our engineers are skilled in conducting fault-diagnosis and the resulting maintenance tasks quickly and ensuring effective repairs are carried out.
PIPEWORK SERVICES
We can undertake all types of process pipework fabrications from steam, water, oil and fluid through to heavy industrial applications in both stainless steel and carbon steels.
We work closely with local specialist designers to design, modify and fabricate pipework solutions to meet the requirements of your project. We have solid, long-term partnerships with a range of machining and engineering specialists who when required, can provide additional support to your project.
CODED PIPE WELDING
Supported by a high quality welding service, our operatives are skilled in TIG and MMA disciplines with Lloyds accredited coding in mild and stainless steel pipework across a number of uses and requirements.
BMS
We are specialists in heating controls and Building Management Systems (BMS). We work with manufacturers such as Schneider, Trend, Honeywell, Siemens and ABB. We provide a comprehensive range of BMS solutions including the design, commissioning, integration, maintenance and servicing of systems to a broad range of industries for the integration and control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
GAS AND OIL SERVICING
We offer a wide range of gas and oil servicing options for commercial and industrial premises. Professional safety checks are available for all types of commercial appliances including Radiant, Catering and Direct Fired. Our fully certified engineers will inspect and assess the physical condition of your appliances, their pipework, air vents and flues and provide a comprehensive report that details any deterioration or problems.
